Serving North Texas: Common Questions

Where we work, how soil and permitting differ across the metroplex, and how fast we can reach you.

What areas of North Texas do you serve?

We cover the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and the surrounding counties, including Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Parker, Hunt, and Navarro. The city pages above list the areas we work in most often, but our service area is wider than that list.

My city is not listed. Do you still come out?

Very likely yes. The cities listed here are where we work most frequently, not the boundary of where we will travel. Call (972) 436-2595 with your address and we will tell you immediately whether you are inside our service area.

Does the repair method change depending on which city I am in?

The method is chosen by what is under your specific home, and that genuinely varies across the metroplex. The Blackland Prairie clay east and north of Dallas behaves differently from the Cross Timbers soils out toward Weatherford, and pier depth is set accordingly. This is why we measure on site rather than quoting from a price sheet.

Do permitting requirements differ by city?

Yes. Most DFW municipalities require a permit for structural foundation repair, and some also require an engineer's report before they will issue one. Requirements vary between cities and occasionally between counties. We handle permitting as part of the job wherever you are.

How quickly can you get to my property?

It depends on where you are and how booked the schedule is, but evaluations are generally available within days rather than weeks. We are based in Lewisville, so response times across Denton and Collin Counties tend to be fastest. If your problem is moving quickly, say so when you call (972) 436-2595 and we will prioritize it.

Do you charge extra for travel to outlying areas?

Evaluations are free throughout our service area. For work well outside the core metroplex we will be upfront about any difference in cost before you commit — you will not find a surprise travel charge on your estimate.

Is the warranty the same everywhere you work?

Yes. Our Lifetime Transferable Warranty on foundation leveling applies throughout our service area, and it transfers to the next owner regardless of which city the home is in.
